Yeehaw, ride em' cowboy!

Wow, when I started this I did not realize how hard it is to keep up with it religiously. Anyway, as always, my boys love being cowboys and lately, Jack has been using the "ride em' " phrase for pretty much anything. When mommy takes a corner too fast in the van, "yeehaw ride em' cowboy ". When I get down on my hands and knees to pick something up, "yeehaw, ride em' cowboy. Cody tries to imitate it, but all that comes out is, "ah ha". Speaking of things Cody can say, at almost 21 months he now says Jack! In fact, he says it a lot. If he is looking for him it is, "Jack?" and when he finds him,"Oh Jack!" If he wants to tell you something belongs to Jack he says, "E Jack". If you confirm that it is Jack's, he usually follows it with, "No, mine!" He is quite a character and is learning more words and phrases every day. Not surprising, at this age Jack spoke a lot more clearly than Cody. Cody however, "talks" more than Jack did at his age. You may not understand what Cody is saying, but he is always saying something. Jack only talked if he could pronounce whatever he wanted to say the correct way. For example, Jack only started to ask for chocolate milk by name when he could get most of the pronunciation right ( moclate milk). Cody is already asking for chocolate milk but you have to have have very good language deciphering skills to actually understand that's what he wants ( cho mo, that's it). It will be so fun watching them grow and develop as their own people. I am totally in love with them!
